All content on this Site is copyrighted and nothing presented here is available for use on other websites either in whole or in part without express written permission. All of the information on this Site is presented for private and personal use only. No commercial use, sale or duplication of any kind is permitted.

User information:
Your information is kept private and only you will be able to access it. If you wish to keep your photos private, you will be able to do so in the member home page, and by clicking on the My Grades tab and selecting a specific comment photo link. Other users will be able to search plastic surgeons and see your comments along with your grades. You will have the option to make your photos public or private. All other info including name, city, state, email, password will be kept secure. All passwords will be encrypted for added security. www.GradeMyPlasticSurgeon does not make any visitor-provided personal information available to third parties. In the event of a merger or acquisition, all user entered information will be transferred to the involving third party.

User comments:
Comments submitted by users are of their own views and experiences. www.GradeMyPlasticSurgeon.com will not be held liable for any comment posted by any user, whether they be false or misleading in any way. All registered users will have the option of flagging any comments submitted to this sight by another user. Flagged comments will be reviewed by our screeners, and removed if they do not meet the required standards described here. Users shall not write any false, misleading, defamatory, racial or descriminatory remarks anywhere in www.GradeMyPlasticSurgeon.com. Any comments flagged by other users or found by our screeners which do not meet the above standards will be removed within a short period of time, and the originating user will be warned via email. Any subsequent comments made by the user which violate the submission standards stated above will result in the user account being deactivated immediately. This Site reserves the right to remove any comments which do not meet the above criteria.

User submitted photos:
Registered users may upload (or submit) pre-op or post-op pictures which are relevant to the type of procedure which they describe in their corresponding comments. Users also have the option of uploading plastic surgeon (Doctor) photos which are descriptive of the corresponding plastic surgeon. Any irrelevant photos uploaded that do not correspond to the service or procedure administered by the corresponding plastic surgeon will be removed by our screeners. Any vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit photos will be removed immediately by our screeners. Any uploaded material which is not in the form of an image file type is not allowed by this Site, and is considered maliscious and could result in the user account being deactivated immediately. This Site reserves the right to remove any uploaded photos which do not meet the above criteria.

www.GradeMyPlasticSurgeon.com may contain third party advertising in the form of banner ads. www.GradeMyPlasticSurgeon.com third party advertising partners providing such advertising may use information (not including your name, address, email) about your visits to this Site in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that they believe may be of interest to you.
